If I have recurring payments set up, what will happen?
For most customers, your recurring payments will continue to process as scheduled. You do not need to take any action. If we need additional information to continue processing your recurring payments, we will contact you directly.
•If you would like to cancel your recurring payment, you can do so when you log into your account by selecting to view your transactions from the dashboard.
•You will not be able to modify recurring payments that were set up with us on our website, our app, or by telephone before August 22, 2025. If you need to make changes to these existing recurring payment authorizations, you must cancel these existing authorization and set up a new recurring payment.
